Fabrics designed with sound in mindTM, Acoustone has two main uses: in coverings for speakers, and as coverings for surfaces that have to absorb sounds. Acoustone fabrics are virtually "transparent" to sound. The vinyl-coated surface has no loose fibers to muffle, or distort sound from speakers. When applied to a substrate of absorbent material, Acoustone fabrics are ideal for recording studios, auditoriums, theaters, churches or offices. |
